the location was good with convenient access to many attractions. the staff provided helpful service when needed. Breakfast offered enough choices to satisfy different tastes.
The room size proved quite small, impacting overall comfort. I also noticed some noise from the street, AFFECTING sleep quality. the air conditioning did not seem to function properly. It was difficult to regulate the temperature.

The hotel's location is superb. It is within walking distance of many attractions. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. i found the premium balcony room excellent as it overlooked the main streets. it was awesome to have a chat with the team. They took their time.
the sound insulation was poor, as the street was very noisy at night. the room i had was also a bit small, and the bathroom door was folding with gaps. this is not ideal if sleeping as a couple, and there were too few electrical outlets in the room

I ABSOLUTELY enjoyed the central location. The proximity to many attractions made sightseeing very convenient. I also found the staff quite friendly and helpful, they spoke English fluently. The offer to store luggage before check-in was especially useful, it allowed us to explore freely. The room had character.
The sound insulation was not ideal. Street noise was noticeable at times, especially early in the morning. This was only a minor inconvenience though.

I adored the location. It's so central. the staff were lovely and very helpful when i needed directions. i stored my luggage at the reception after checkout, super convenient.
The bathroom was a bit small. I would have liked a bit more space. the shower was especially tiny (but i managed just fine!). i think a little extra room would have made it perfect.
